Dr. Sajjad, a double board-certified surgeon, is fellowship-trained in hand and microsurgery from Yale University and specializes in minimally invasive hand, wrist, and elbow surgery. Dr. Sajjad treats chronic and acute hand disorders such as carpal tunnel, trigger finger, hand and wrist fractures, performs total wrist replacement surgery, and specializes in sport and work related injuries. Dr. Sajjad founded Connecticut Hand Center in 2015.

Specialties

Minimally invasive hand, wrist, and elbow surgery. Treats scaphoid fractures, carpal tunnel, cubital tunnel, as well as congenital and pediatric hand and wrist disorders. Dr. Sajjad has been a leader in the field of Hand Surgery by helping develop and produce surgical instruments for minimally invasive surgery including minimal invasive carpal tunnel release. He currently travels throughout the United States and teaches other surgeons in the techniques of minimally invasive surgery.
